Staying in the Standard Double Room offered amazing views over the city. The breakfast spread was excellent, particularly with a good variety of quality items. The lack of fresh fruit at breakfast was a minor setback. While the service was mostly friendly, the communication regarding amenities like the jacuzzi could be improved, as we had to wait for it to warm up after check-in.

I enjoyed the fine views from the terrace at Torel Palace. The decor is beautiful, blending historical charm with modern touches. Breakfast spread offered plenty of choices, and dining on the patio with a view was good. The staff was consistently friendly. Unfortunately, there were issues with hot water during peak occupancy. The hotel's hilltop location meant that getting around required some effort, especially after a long day of sightseeing.

The intimate atmosphere with classic decor added a special touch. Try the restaurant for a nice dining experience, but be prepared for its high prices. Engaging with the chef was a unique bonus.

Charming outdoor spaces enhance relaxation.
The lighting in our room was annoyingly poor. I couldn't find anything in the dimness. The bed was uncomfortably firm on one side, which affected my sleep quality throughout the night.

The room was spacious and super comfy. Loved the mix of vintage furniture and modern amenities. The view over Lisbon was fantastic, especially at sunset. Only downside was that we could hear footsteps from the room above us sometimes, a bit annoying. But overall, it was a cozy stay!

Really good Service and Fine Views
The staff's attention to detail and warmth. We especially loved the amazing views from our terrace and the good breakfast that included freshly baked pastries. The charming atmosphere and stylish decor added a lovely touch to our experience. If there's one thing that could improve, it would be the availability of more cozy seating options in common areas for relaxation.
